Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide customization services and can produce goods according to your drawings or samples. OEM & ODM cooperation is supported.
Can I customize the packaging?
Sure. We supply neutral packaging or print logos and labels as per customers' requirements.
Do your products have quality certifications?
Relevant certifications can be arranged as per your specific requirements.
Can you provide brochures?
We offer free e-brochures.
Can you do EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP terms?
Yes, we accept all these trade terms, and our shipment port is Shenzhen.
Can I get a sample first? How long does sampling take?
Yes, we offer sampling service. Normally it takes 3 to 7 days; more complex custom samples will take longer based on your requirements.
What’s the lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production takes 15 to 30 days. The lead time will be adjusted during peak seasons or for orders with special materials, subject to specific order details.
Do you have ready stock? Can you guarantee on-time delivery?
Stock is available for some regular styles. We arrange production and shipment strictly in accordance with agreed lead times.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes, mixed shipments are supported to help you cut inventory costs.
